The Role:

• Clean windows, siding, and gutters to a spotless, streak-free finish using professional equipment.
• Manage your daily route and job checklists through our company CRM and time management software.
• Inspect homes for damage or maintenance issues and communicate findings professionally to the client.
• Maintain a high standard of safety for yourself and the property, following all ladder and fall protection protocols.

Who You Are:

• Character Over Skills: We can teach you to clean a window, but we can’t teach you to care. You take pride in every detail.
• High-Trust: You are reliable, punctual, and can work independently.
• Physically Fit: You enjoy being active, are comfortable with heights/ladders, and can lift equipment.
• Professional: You have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Qualified: You possess a valid G Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
